Churner is: Keith-bass & vocals, Chris-guitar, Angela-guitar & Ben-drums. Angela is the newest member of Churner having joined just this year, this is also her 3rd show. Churner was formed by the remaining members of Positive State in 97. This Battle of the Bands was being put on by Jaxx Concert Hall & Nite Club in Springfield, VA. About 125 bands are competing for over $17,000 in cash & prizes to be awarded after the semi-finals & finals in September. Each band must have a minimum of 25 audience votes to even qualify, are being scored by judges & watched that their set time falls within the allowable time. This fine evening Churner was up against 4 other bands and here is how it all ended; 1. Breaking Form score: 96, 2. Glenn Echo score: 89, 3. Harsh score: 83, 4. Witness to a Change score: 74, 5. Churner score: 54. As you can see Churner did not win because they didn't even get the mandatory 25 votes cuz those of you invited didn't bother to come out! I was hoping Harsh would win if Churner didn't, they came w/a busload of people! So here are some pix
